  • General Policy: Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased.
  • Exceptions: We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of:
    • Services failure or technical errors on our end.
    • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors.
    • As required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Cancellations

Since our service is credit-based rather than subscription-based, there are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. You simply purchase credits as you need them.

Account Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
  • Any unused credits remaining in your account will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Credit Validity

Please be aware of the expiration policies for accounts credits:

  • Free Signup Credits: Valid for 30 days from the date of registration.
  • Purchased Credits: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
