1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using QuickIndex ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

QuickIndex provides a Google backlink indexing service that helps get your backlinks crawled and indexed by Google using Mobile GoogleBot. Our service includes:

  • Submission of URLs for Google indexing
  • Guaranteed 2X crawl attempts within 24-72 hours
  • Index status tracking and reporting
  • API access for automated submissions
  • Credit-based usage system

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Sign-Up Bonus

New users receive 100 free credits upon registration, valid for 30 days. This bonus is provided once per user and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

4. Credits and Payment Terms

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system where 1 credit = 1 link submission. Credits are:

  • Free signup credits: Valid for 30 days from registration
  • Purchased credits: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
  • Non-transferable between accounts
  • Non-refundable except as required by law
  • Consumed upon successful submission (regardless of indexing outcome)

4.2 Pricing and Payments

We offer various credit packages with pricing displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of service failure, technical errors, or as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to submit only legitimate backlinks that comply with Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit spam, malicious, or illegal content
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the Service
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to create multiple accounts for bonus abuse
  • Submit URLs that violate intellectual property rights

6. Service Guarantees and Limitations

6.1 What We Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • 2X crawl attempts by Mobile GoogleBot within 24-72 hours
  • 100% order completion (all submitted links will be processed)
  • Use of Mobile GoogleBot (not spam APIs)

6.2 What We Don't Guarantee

We do NOT guarantee:

  • 100% indexing success (typical success rate is 90%+ for quality links)
  • Specific ranking improvements or SEO results
  • Indexing of low-quality, spam, or penalized links
  • Permanent indexing (Google may de-index links at any time)
  • Specific timeframes for Google's indexing decisions

6.3 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by QuickIndex and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit to our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process and index your URLs as part of our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUICKINDEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Is harmful to other users or our business
  • Exposes us to legal liability
  • Is fraudulent or abusive

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickIndex operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
